You must control or be authorized to use the mobile number enrolled. By submitting a number through an identified opt-in method, you authorize messages for the disclosed sender, purpose, and program.
Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services where prohibited by law. Do not enroll another person without that person's authority.
Consent must be freely given, informed, unambiguous, and specific to the sender and message subject. Consent for one program, company, affiliate, or purpose does not automatically authorize unrelated messages.

After an opt-out request, Kool&Tech or the messaging platform may send one confirmation message. Processing may require a reasonable period permitted by applicable law. Revocation does not affect messages already sent or communications that do not legally require consent.
Reply START where supported, or complete a new valid opt-in, to resume messages. A new consent may be required for a different program, purpose, number, sender, or jurisdiction.

SMS is not monitored continuously and must not be used for emergencies, urgent security incidents, legal notices, or time-critical support unless expressly designated.

Delivery, timeliness, completeness, and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must notify Kool&Tech or opt out before transferring, disconnecting, or reassigning a mobile number. A person receiving messages intended for a previous subscriber should reply STOP or contact Kool&Tech.
Kool&Tech may suppress, verify, or remove numbers believed to be invalid, reassigned, high-risk, or unauthorized.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, government IDs, API secrets, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary SMS.

The warranties, liability limitations, indemnities, dispute provisions, and remedies in the Kool&Tech Terms & Conditions apply to the messaging program to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Kool&Tech may modify, suspend, or terminate a messaging program, number, sender, frequency, content, or these SMS Terms. Material changes may be communicated through the website, message, email, account, or another reasonable method.
